Yoga Test Day...

 The first hour started with the prayer of Josena. Giby Tr. gave the meaning of the prayer song and its relevance.

    Giby Tr. explained importance of perception through an example and asked about Internal details and perception of National Pledge. Also started a discussion., and teacher targeted mainly boys for the discussion.

After the session, we've gone for a Yoga Test through whatsapp Video call with George Sir. I got 10/10 marks for the yoga test.
